Australian melodic metal act Isotopes are back with a new track entitled “Flower“.

In an exclusive by Australian music news site MusicFeeds, vocalist Justin Miller told them:

Flower is a broken love song. It’s about being so in love whilst also being so broken, you’d rather die in that instant moment of falling in love rather than having to live through the pain of your burdens.

About the band:

Isotopes is an expression of personal emotion & honesty, against a backdrop of catchy choruses and mesmerising hard hitting riffs.

The Sydney, Australian quartet consisting of – Justin Miller ‘Millsy’ (vocals), Joshua Wood (vocals/guitar), Hamish Gibson (drums), and Bradley Stokes (vocals/guitar) – have embraced their mix of emo/feelsy music as the underdog amongst the melodic/metal genre with a pursuit of tackling the alternative rock genre leading into 2021.

Fractures, the bands second EP, charted at #2 on the iTunes Metal Chart, and #23 on the overall Charts. The first single release ‘RIP’ Features Bradley Walden of Emarosa, which charted at #5 on the iTunes Metal Chart. The EP also sees the likes of Thousand Below vocalist, James DeBerg on the track ‘Dead Soul’.

With Fractures recently hitting the milestone of 1 Million Spotify streams, the Official Music Video for “Poisoned Autumn” reaching over 1.5 Million views on Youtube, and 2019 seeing the group’s first international tour to Japan in support of  ‘Sailing Before The Wind’, ISOTOPES have shown no sign of slowing down, with posts showing the band currently recording new music and hints of a new release coming before the year is out.
