Easycore band from San Diego, California, For The Win announced their break up on an Instagram post earlier this morning.
Thank you to everyone who has ever been a part of this band. The opportunity to travel, play shows with amazing bands, meet amazing people from across the world and the life lessons that were learned along the way. This started as a fun project in San Diego, playing a ton of home town shows in backyards and venues across Southern California. Touring in a band and being able to write music and travel is one of the most amazing ultimate freedoms you could ever imagine. Nothing in life worth doing comes easy, so whenever you feel that urge to quit, that’s most likely your breakthrough. We had a crazy journey, with a lot ups and downs along the way, and the memories will last forever. Thank you ❤️🤘🏼. FTW 2012-2020.
For The Win
During their 8 years of being a band, For The Win released two full length studio album, More Than You Know in 2014 and Heavy Thoughts in 2017. They also released their first EP called ‘Break The Ice’ back in 2012 and were also known for their beautiful acoustic versions of their songs. The band’s latest release were back in September 2019 for the song called ‘As Forever‘.
