Paco Is Desperate! is emerging as one of the best young talents from Ohio. The outfit’s new single, ‘Margaret‘ is a gorgeously layered, earnest ballad about the abuse that can come within relationships. The song is the band’s strongest outing to date and was originally written not long after the band’s first record, Unraveled, which was released in 2019.

“The concept of Margaret is that she is this personification, this sort of spiritual manifestation of the evil within a narcissistic lover. She kind of represents this darkness or cloud that follows you even after you get out of an emotionally abusive relationship.”

Paco Is Desperate! is a four piece post-hardcore/emo outfit from Toledo, OH. Originally conceived as the solo project of its frontman in 2014, Paco has evolved from lofi bedroom acoustic recorded on an eight track, to one of the Midwest’s most exciting young up and coming rock bands.
