Sydney-based pop rockers 51st Avenue join forces with Julian Latouche of Inertia on heart-wrenching new single, “Remnant“. Mixed and recorded by Mark Williamson of Keywork Audio (Inertia, Closure, Keepsake) and mastered by Kris Crummett (Sleeping With Sirens, Dance Gavin Dance), “Remnant” is 51st Avenue at their most powerfully vulnerable.
“Remnant” tackles deeply personal themes, uncovering emotions that are tied to experiencing a loved one struggle through addiction, and slowly watching them lose themselves to their vice. “This song explores how the excessive use of drugs and alcohol can drastically change a person,”
tells vocalist Alynnis Zizza.
Fresh out of the studio with a plethora of innovative and hyper-modern material, 51st Avenue are poised to leave a brightly lit lantern-shaped mark upon the Australian music scene in 2023.

In a short few years, 51st Avenue have dominated Sydney with their engaging live shows and painfully honest lyricism, sharing the stage with heavy rockers Hands Like Houses, Young Lions, Clay J Gladstone and more. In the midst of the 2021 lockdowns, 51st Avenue turned their sights to the online world, where they have built a tight-knit community across Twitch and Discord, regularly tuning in for an evening of entertainment.
