WATCH: In Her Own Words share serene new video for “Footprints”

Pop-punk band In Her Own Words shared their newest video for their song, “Footprints“. The track features vocalist Sierra Annie and can be found on the band’s anthem-ridden record Distance Or Decay, released in the Spring of 2022 via Thriller Records.

The song pulls back an emotional layer of vulnerability while adding acoustic dynamics. “Footprints” closes out In Her Own Words‘ powerhouse of a record, Distance Or Decay, complimenting the overall flow of the record with its honest lyrics and tranquil atmosphere. The song’s visual hones in on a raw energy that pulls at fans heartstrings and draws new listeners in.

“”Footprints” is a song about the bittersweet end of a meaningful relationship. Bitter in the way that it ended, but sweet in the way that you grow through the duration of it, through the good and bad moments alike.”
