Anyone else get that sweet feeling you get when listening to some old school heavy metal? If yes, then you’re going to love this full-length offering from Italy’s Fenisia.
Hailing from Rome, this was my first time hearing of this heavy metal outfit and I have to say, I am impressed. Fenisia offers a taste of the past in the present especially for someone like me who constantly listens to metalcore, a classic metal-sounding group is always a welcome interlude of sorts in the middle of all the breakdowns and bleghs as a sort of regular change of pace.
This album offers an array of tracks for everyone who loves the classic sound of heavy metal. From the badass-sounding riffs, thundering drums, and adrenaline rush-inducing vocals, this album has it all. On top of that, the album is a concept album so yes, it doesn’t get more heavy metal than that folks! “What concept?” you might ask? Stories of a Sherlock Holmes-type character and if you’re into that kind of stuff (like me) then look no further because this album is absolutely for you.
