Batangas City metal band, Wayback recently released their new music video for their song Elapse.

Elapse is about the physical and emotional pain of being inlove. That when you try to get out of that masochistic kind of love, you tend to ignore the pain and end up getting back together.

Masochism. Masochism drives the story of our song “Elapse”. It talks about a different kind of love where we see past the pain and abuse because we still try to believe that it’s “love.” it’s twisted haha. but it’s for the people who are suffering from this relationship. being with someone who is both the antidote, and your poison. but mostly, the latter.
